Victoria began her career with LJ Hooker in 2009, completing a Certificate IV in Property Services while working as a full time Office Administrator.
With a passion for Marketing and Design, Victoria soon-after completed her Certificate IV in Marketing in 2012. From here, she quickly moved into the role of Marketing Assistant, and since 2014, has maintained the role of Marketing & Training Manager. This role sees Victoria organising training programmes and monitoring the progress of those undertaking study with Australia's Sales Masters Training. More than that, Victoria naturally extends the ethos of LJ Hooker's as she is responsible for coordinating annual local charity and fundraising events which effectively brings our local offices and community together to fulfill charitable missions.
Developing multimedia visual aids for LJ Hooker, evaluating company needs and ensuring all office operations are managed within their budgets are just a few of the many functions Victoria executes with professionalism and diligence, whether it be independently or collaboratively.
